Nahel.com / Aramex
I just did a DNS look up on Nahel.com and found that their MX records point to “mail1.aramex.com” and “mail2.aramex.com”.
There was a strong rumour that Fadi Ghandour, the CEO of Aramex had made an investment in Nahel.com, I guess this puts it beyond a doubt. The Aramex / Nahel.com partnership extends further than I first thought.

A Chat with Nahel.com
Hello, why is this page blank? http: //nahel.com/domestic-shipping
Rezcy: Hi Omar
Omar: Hi
Rezcy: This is Rezcy
Let me check what you're asking for
Omar: I'm just wondering why the page stated above is blank. It seems to be that way since you guys re-launched with the new design
Rezcy: Oh..thank you for noticing
Let me just bring it to the attention of our web designer
Omar: That would be nice. You may also want to check the section on International Shipping
Rezcy: Yeah I cleared that now..
Omar: And for the life of me, I can't find any information on your return or refund policies anywhere on the site
Rezcy: We are currently finalizing the shipping terms
That's why the content is not yet shown
Omar: The link in your footer "Shipping & Delivery" is dead too.
Rezcy: As for international shipping
it's in the pipeline now..
Omar: I see..
Rezcy: Returns and refund policies still holds hassle free... we can either replace the item with a new one or give the customer a store creidt
as long as the item is in good condition..
Terms and conditions on warranties, exchange and returns still applies
Omar: Ah I see - do you have a 60 day return policy?
Why does it not say any of this on the site?
Rezcy: it's still 60 days return policy
Omar: What are the terms and conditions for returns and so on?
Is it on the site anywhere?
Rezcy: Basically we take pride on hassle free returns
Omar: I see - but what are your exact policies?
(Btw - http: //nahel.com/browsing-uknown-item this page has a big spelling error..)
Rezcy: That is part of the contents being finalized right now..
Thank you.. you seem to be so keen on details, we appreciate that
Omar: I think it's important to have all the right details on there.
Rezcy: Of course it is, as you have noticed, this was part of the transition process that we had when we launched our new design
There's just few polishing to be done and it will seen again in no time
Omar: I see - but I think it's quite difficult for a customer to trust you with their money when you don't have all your policies available for viewing
It's fine to say that it's 60 days, but what's the fine print. If for example I buy a bottle of perfume, spray it a couple of times and decide that I hate the smell - will you take it back?
Rezcy: Yes, we understand that.
That case is most likely to happen. As much as we want to be trusted, we also trust our customers
We will not question them if they took a spray or two on the perfumes...
Omar: So you would accept it?
And then re-sell the item?
Rezcy: As you know, when you purchase a perfume online, it goes without saying that you know how it smells
Omar: How would I know how it smells?
Rezcy: But if a customer gets back to us saying that he or she doesn't want the smell
well basically it's because majority if not all the buyers of perfumes test the smell first on malls before buying it from us
or most probably it's a favorite scent that they found cheaper with us
Omar: Ah I see. That's an interesting way to think about it. So then I should just but it from the mall since I'm there testing it.
Ok - last question
Do you then re-sell the used item that a customer has returned?
Rezcy: We have a tie up with suppliers who accepts back our items because we don't keep items on stock
Omar: That's a relief, I would hate to be a customer who gets a used item.
Rezcy: We know how meticulous our buyers can be, so we are very careful not to disappoint them
Omar: I understand.
It may be an idea to get all your policies and so on up there as soon as possibl.e
*possible
Rezcy: Exactly Omar, we want to take care of our customers and we don't want them to feel cheated in anyway
Yes we'll have it available in no time
Omar: Good stuff! Have a great day.
Would you mind if I published this chat?
Rezcy: We really appreciate your concerns
Omar: I'll take that as a yes?
Rezcy: Sure.. I don't see anything wrong publishing it :)
Omar: Thank you! Bye!
Rezcy: May I know where are you publishing it?
Omar: Over on my blog.

A great article by William Deresiewicz on leadership. Long read, but it’s compelling.
A little quote: “Leadership means finding a new direction, not simply putting yourself at the front of the her that’s heading toward the cliff”
