All the intellectuals have or are in the process of moving from Twitter over to Quora. Twitter and Facebook have become the large must-be-on social networks, but the really great conversations are happening over at Quora. I see Quora in the bulge bracket inside 18 months.

Dubai Airport Pick Up Hack
If you’re off to pick up a loved one at Dubai Airport, a neat hack is to ask them to pop upstairs into the Departures area using the lifts next to the Arrivals area exit. You can then drive into the Departures area and do a quick pick up. Saves a tremendous amount of time! Watch out for any police who may be around monitoring security and traffic.

Galleries Lafayette Gourment
Great hidden away place to eat at Dubai Mall. Order at any of their International stations around the court and sit anywhere. The food and eventually you’re bill (pretty reasonable!) will follow you. Great experience. Does not feel like you’re in Dubai! Check it out on the third floor of Galleries Lafayette.
